As of January 2024 there are not any US carriers other than United airlines flying in and out of Guam. If you cannot meet the exemption listed below, please submit a quote for our monthly charter flight.
For pets moving TO Guam, we will have you send the pets ahead to us here in Honolulu, we clear them at Hawaii quarantine, potty break them, tidy crates as necessary and then bring them to you curbside to United Airlines for you to check in as baggage on your approved United flight to Guam.
For pets Leaving Guam, all pets arriving on the United flight will spend the night at the quarantine station, we will pickup from the airport quarantine station the following morning and transfer your pet to the connecting flights that we will book for you. If there are any connecting flight cancellations, no need to worry, we’ll keep your pets with us until we can rebook and get them on the next flight to their final destination.
We do book pets globally out of Honolulu, since United will only get them to or from Hawaii, if you can use this option, we’ll handle the rest of your pet’s logistics be it to mainland US or any foreign destination.

Military members moving to Guam via Honolulu
We are happy (as we can be given the circumstances) to provide the following services to our military clients traveling on orders to Guam.
The least expensive route for military members moving to Guam will be to catch a spot on the Patriot Express – however we know that this is not possible for many pet owners.
If you are unable to get a spot on the PE, there is an option of flying United Airlines from Honolulu to Guam with your pet so long as you meet the below criteria:
- Pet must be non restricted breed – see link for listed breeds
- Pet and crate weight cannot be over 99 pounds – (the plastic standard 500 crate weighs about 28 pounds)
- Owner must be active duty military (DOD not authorized by United at this time)
- Owner must travel on the flight from HNL to GUM or GUM to HNL with the pet
- Pets are not allowed in the cabin
- Owner will pay for the pet at check in
- All pets arriving to Guam are required to have a valid Guam Import Permit
- Crate cannot be taller than 34″ and must be IATA compliant – you can use the PP85/PP90 crate and we do have these for sale if needed. Be mindful of total weight when using these crates
- Maximum number of pets per flight:
• HNL to GUM flight will be limited to 2 pets per flight – GUM to HNL they are allowing 4 pets

This fee is $185 per pet so long as the documents are filed more than 10 days at your arrival, less than that or any incorrect documentation, the fee is $244.00 per pet. If you have not already paid this, we can pay this for you as listed below
