We often hear that people need to move to Hawaii (AU and NZ too) well before their pet’s eligible release date. Many clients find a friend or a family member who is willing to pet sit until the pet’s release date, but we also know this isn’t an option for everyone, hence the large number of pets waiting out their time at the Halawa main quarantine station.

Since 2011, we’ve happily helped many clients with a quarantine alternative by opening our home to many different client pets. Our 11 acre family ranch, located in the beautiful Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon, is the perfect place to leave your furry family member where they are treated as part of our own family.

Dogs get to go for daily walks, played with, never ending supply of toys, specialty foods, cats and dogs are loved on by our pet loving family! For young puppies we offer potty breaking, socialization and basic house manners.

Our place in Oregon is NOT a vacation boarding facility and is only open for clients moving to Hawaii, New Zealand or Australia and have a required rabies titer wait period. We take a very limited amount of pets at a time to ensure that everyone has enough space and TLC.

Pictures are sent often and clients can call and check in on their pets at any time. Pricing varies pending the amount of time they will need to be left in Oregon, and the size of the pet. The fee slightly more than you will pay by having the pets go to Hawaii quarantine, but their experience is priceless!
