All yoga is recommended to be done without socks and with props! We provide everything so you can arrive stress-free & hop right into class.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY!
All classes must be canceled at least four hours in advance. Cancellations within four hours will result in a charge to your credit card on file, or a deduction from your class package. You can cancel your class online or over the phone.
